The Secret to Success
Pamela credits her strong relationship with Jack as the secret to their success.
"Operating our store requires a relentless commitment to time and energy," Pamela says. "To an outsider, the business looks easy now, but life was not always this way. When we started, only Jack and I manned the store and worked morning to night seven days a week. We were exhausted yet exhilarated. We still are, but in a more relaxed way."
